Here are some reference documents and actions that can be downloaded following Terry Wagg's photoshop talk on 5 October 2018.
The actions are for use in Photoshop CC, but may work in other versions. Once the action has been downloaded, all you need to do is double click on the action and they will automatically load into Photoshop.
